Please read! Our cabins include basic cable or satellite television, basic cooking utensils, propane gas grill (propane provided), washer and dryer (if applicable- please look at the amenities), towels and bed linens for guest use along with heating for winter.

Ruidoso, Alto, and surrounding areas: Submerse yourself within the towering pines of Lincoln County and watch local wildlife such as elk, deer, wild horses, turkey, birds and more in their natural habitats. The perfect fit for any group looking to be together, but still have space! Mother in law suite has heat, but does not have air conditioning. This separate area hosts a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms and bath. Take a few steps out of the main house to find the second wonder of the majestic property: Mother in Law suite/apartment over the garage. Main house & mother-in-law suite have central heat and air-conditioning along with additional personal touches like TV in every bedroom plus much more. Be sure to take a minute to say hi to family in the living room from the indoor balcony off the guest bedroom. Enjoy the deck off the game room and outdoor hot tub along with access to the putting green. The downstairs also has laundry room and bath. Downstairs is the over sized game room with large flat screen TV, pool table, wood stove and guest bedroom. Bring the family to the cool pines by starting your stay with level walk in entry to the main house! Entry level features kitchen with custom cabinets and granite counter tops, large open living and dining room with fireplace and access to first deck.
